All appointments must be secured using our online booking platform with a valid payment card on file.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations, changes, or no-shows inside the 24-hour window will result in a cancellation charge or forfeiture of your deposit.
Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being shortened or canceled to ensure subsequent clients are not delayed. The full treatment price will still apply.
Home Studio and Property Rules
Our beauty room is located on private residential property and operates strictly by appointment only. Unannounced visitors or drop-ins are not permitted.
To maintain a safe and professional environment, clients must attend their appointments alone. Extra guests, partners, or children cannot be accommodated in the treatment room or on the premises.
CCTV is in operation on the exterior pathway and entrance of the property for the security of both the therapist and our clients.
Professional Boundaries and Right of Refusal
All massage, bodywork, and beauty treatments are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual.
Any inappropriate remarks, jokes, suggestions, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the treatment.
In the event of a terminated session due to inappropriate behavior, the client will be required to leave the premises immediately and remains fully liable for 100% of the treatment cost.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time.
Health and Medical Liability
All first-time clients must fully and accurately complete a digital medical consultation form before their treatment begins.
It is the client's responsibility to update the therapist on any changes to their health, medication, or medical conditions during subsequent visits.
The salon is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or history.
